1.     Mode: Prelims- Online, Finals- Offline         

2.     Number of teams per school: 1 (10 total in Finals)               

3.     Number of participants per team: 2

4.     Eligibility: IX – XII  

5.     Gadgets to be used: DSLR or mobile phones or any other camera

6.     PRELIMS

1.     The PRELIMS will be held online.

2.     The theme for PRELIMS will be revealed at 9:00 PM on 5th October 2023, Thursday on discord.

3.     Each Photograph must be accompanied by a caption.

4.     The entrants must be the sole author and owner of the copyright for all photos entered.

5.     Only basic editing is allowed (maximum cropping of up to 20%). Use of any Photo editing application to modify or alter the original picture will lead to disqualification.

6.     Images must be submitted in Windows PC-compatible JPEG format. Files must be ideally full-size without borders, watermarks, or signatures.

7.     The submitted photograph must be clicked between 5th October 2023 – 8th October 2023.

8.     Meta data of the photograph must be provided with the entry.

9.     The submitted photograph must be named as “SchoolsName_ClickClashP_ParticipantName”.

10.  A maximum of 1 photograph to be submitted by one participant. The last date for submission is 9:00 AM, 8th October 2023, Sunday.

11.  Judging will be done on the basis of Originality, Relevance to theme, Creativity, Technical Quality and Composition.

12.  10 schools will be shortlisted by the judges, moving on to the final round.

13.  The Result for the prelims will be declared on 10th October, Tuesday at 12 PM on the discord server.

 

7.     FINALS 

1.     The FINALS will be held offline in the school premises on 13th October, Friday.

2.     The theme for FINALS will be revealed in the school itself.

3.     90 minutes will be provided to capture the photograph. The submitted photograph must be clicked within this time limit.

4.     Out of the given topics, both participants from a school have to select different topics.

5.     Each Photograph must be accompanied by a caption.

6.     Only basic editing is allowed (maximum cropping of up to 20%). Use of any Photo editing application to modify or alter the original picture will lead to disqualification.

7.     Images must be submitted in Windows PC-compatible JPEG format. Files must be ideally full-size without borders, watermarks, or signatures. Everybody to carry the cable for connecting their device to the PC.

8.     Meta data of the photograph must be provided with the entry.

9.     The submitted photograph must be named as “SchoolsName_ClickClashF_ParticipantName”.

10.  The number of photographs to be submitted will depend on the theme chosen by the participant. Number of participants per school -2.

11.  Judging will be done on the basis of Originality, Relevance to theme, Creativity, Technical Quality and Composition.

12.  The Result will be declared in the award ceremony on the same date.
